Strength For Teens
Beginner to intermediate strength training for teens.
ST3 – Age 14 – 17 years old
Strength and conditioning training specific to team sports such as football, basketball, netball and volleyball.
A separate product that focuses on the ability to increase ones individual vertical elevation.
